General Rules

1. Fees must be paid A student’s name is liable to be struck off if the fees are in arrears at the end of the respective quarter.
2. All dues and arrears must be cleared before the half yearly and annual examinations
3. Fess should be submitted in four installments:

• 1st installment – April to June; which will be submitted with the admission of the child;
  
• 2nd installment – July to September will be submitted in July,
  
• 3rd installment – October to December will be submitted in October
  
• 4th and the last installment – January to March – will be submitted in January.
  

4. Tuition fee will be charged for all the 12 months in 4 installments
5. Fee will be accepted in the school counter with this fee card and in cash Fees must be paid by the due date indicated on the fee card. Please adhere to it strictly and avoid unwanted payment of fine.
6. Fee for the year could be paid in one installment or per term, if you so
7. Re – issuing of the fee card at the instance of loss will cost a penalty of . 50/-.
8. A prior full fees remittance is required for the withdrawal of a student from the

10. Result of unit and half yearly examinations of those students who did not pay the fee will be
11. Those who fail to pay any installment will forfeit the Re-admission may be considered after paying Rs. 500/- along with the late fee Rs.. 100/-.
12. The last installment of fee should be deposited in the school as shown in the fee Defaulters will not be permitted to appear for the final exam.
13. Fees once deposited will not be refunded.
